Sealing & Gasketing
Replaces manual strip die-cut and molded gaskets with cured-in-place seals. Ensures optimal compression recovery, a uniform structure at start-stop points, and massive reductions in labor costs.
Potting & Encapsulation
Completely covers electronic and electrical parts with epoxy, silicone, or polyurethane. Protects components from moisture, vibration, chemicals, and mechanical shock under atmospheric or vacuum conditions.
Adhesive Bonding
An advanced alternative to conventional welding or riveting. Applies precise adhesive layers to seamlessly connect substrates of different materials, optimizing cycle speeds and safety.
Formed-In-Place-Gasket (FIPFG / FIPG)
Unlike pre-molded gaskets that must be manually cut and fitted into enclosure tracks, the FIPFG process uses automated robotic arms to meter, mix, and dispense liquid or thixotropic polymers directly onto the component contour. Curing occurs at room or elevated temperatures to form a durable, resilient seal that is perfectly adhered to the substrate.
This in-situ sealing process accommodates complex geometries and uneven surfaces, offering dramatic savings in material storage, manual labor, and production waste.
Gasket Variations
- Thixotropic Foam Gaskets (FIPFG): High-viscosity polyurethane foam that does not run or drip. Ideal for three-dimensional, vertical, or highly inclined surfaces.
- Liquid Foam Gaskets (FIPFG): Self-leveling, low-viscosity foam that flows smoothly to fill narrow enclosure grooves and complex cavities.
- Compact Gaskets (FIPG): Unfoamed solid polymer bead for applications requiring tight assembly tolerances and high pressure resistance.
