KG, Robotek offers an integrated chemical and process solution. This collaboration guarantees that polymers (polyurethane, silicone, and epoxy) perform seamlessly inside our mixing heads, ensuring long-term product durability and process reliability.

Surface Treatment Advice: Contaminants such as oils, grease, and releasing agents must be removed before dispensing. Depending on the substrate material (metals, plastics, glass), we integrate mechanical, chemical, or physical treatment units (primer, flaming, or atmospheric plasma treatments) directly into the robot cells to maximize adhesion.

FrechFoam® Sealing Foams

Two-component polyurethane sealing foams, seamlessly applied in-situ. Ideal for outdoor and indoor enclosures requiring watertight and dustproof protection classes (IP 67).
