Dosing Technology & Scientific Background

Moisture & Heat Cured Polyurethane Sealing Chemistry

The ECOx07 series excels in applying moisture-cured and heat-cured 1-component and 2-component materials. These polymers rely on ambient humidity or active heat triggers to link their chemical chains. To guarantee a uniform bead cross-section and prevent premature curing inside the system, the ECOx07 utilizes a completely sealed material environment, preventing the raw chemicals from interacting with oxygen or ambient humidity prior to extrusion.

Pressure and Dosing Stability

A critical factor in economic dispensing is reducing material wastage. In ECOx07, highly accurate pressure sensors monitor the fluid feed. If the nozzle encounters resistance or fluid viscosity changes due to ambient temperature shifts, the system dynamically adjusts the pump speeds to maintain constant dosing pressure. This ensures that the quantity of material dispensed per millimeter of motion remains strictly consistent, regardless of the complexity of the part outline.

Process Control

Integrated with sophisticated sensor technology that allows all process parameters (such as chemical pressures, pump RPMs, and temperature thresholds) to be continuously monitored in real-time for smooth, uninterrupted operation.

Expandability Options

Highly customizable with modular process support units, such as the RS18 Automatic Supply Station for constant material feeding or SC18 Spill Containment units for clean factory floor integration.
