Overview

Engineered for larger volume parts, the HDx18 model (which has successfully replaced our HSx12 High-Speed series) features an expansive worktable. Parts are loaded directly onto the surface without drawer or fixture restrictions. Its wide movement area provides exceptional flexibility and high-capacity processing for large-scale dispensing applications.

Automation & Material Handling

High-dynamic Cartesian gantry with dual horizontal/vertical shuttle tables. Operator or robot arms load parts on one table outside the safety boundary while the gantry dispenses continuously on the active table inside.

Dosing Technology & Scientific Background

FIPFG Air Nucleation Science

To achieve highly compressible, soft gaskets, the HDx18 utilizes air nucleation technology. Controlled amounts of dry compressed air or nitrogen are actively injected into the Polyol component under high pressure, dispersing microscopic bubbles evenly throughout the liquid polymer. Upon dynamic mixing and dispensing, these tiny trapped bubbles expand, creating a fine micro-cellular structure. This reduces chemical consumption by up to 50% and provides exceptionally soft seals that require minimal assembly closing force.

Shuttle Table Kinematic Optimization

In mass production, loading times represent dead cycle time. The HDx18 eliminates this bottleneck via synchronized shuttle table mechanisms. While the Cartesian dispensing gantry actively applies gaskets on the workpiece positioned on Shuttle Table B, the operator or a mechanical loading arm safe-loads a new workpiece on Shuttle Table A outside the safety zone. This dual shuttle design allows for non-stop continuous dispensing, optimizing system productivity by up to 95%.

Configurable with massive fixed worktables (including automated nozzle cleaning and calibration stations) or dual horizontal/vertical shuttle tables that slide in and out of the active enclosure.

Mixing & Dosing Unit

Equipped with the heavy-duty DDx12 Series mixing and dosing unit, utilizing high-precision gear metering pumps, active temperature-conditioned double-walled tanks, and automated nucleation pressure chambers.

Advanced Control & Quality Integration

Powered by Easy Dispensing Software. Features modular options to integrate Machine Vision systems (for auto-detecting component drift and correcting the dispensing path dynamically) and Barcode Scanners for tracking material batches and part serialization.
