Embedded & Application Software Development

Control Panel Engineering & Manufacturing
Turnkey control panel solutions from electrical project design to panel manufacturing, and from cabling to factory acceptance testing. Design, procurement, and manufacturing processes are managed under one roof; accelerating project delivery and reducing coordination risks.
Includes a fully documented electrical project with EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical; accurate component selection and procurement, professional panel manufacturing and wiring, and an integrated factory acceptance testing process.

Advanced Fabrication & Manufacturing
Comprehensive manufacturing capability ranging from precision CNC machining to structural fabrication, custom enclosure and chassis production to electromechanical assembly. All stages from prototype to small/medium series production are managed from a single source.
Parts requiring tolerance precision are produced with modern CNC milling, turning, and grinding equipment. Sheet metal processing and structural fabrication infrastructure are utilized for custom chassis, frame, and enclosure solutions.

Every Robotek dispensing system is covered by a 1-year standard warranty, guaranteeing mechanical and electrical components against defects. Moving gaskets, seals, mixing blocks, and mixing tubes are excluded from the standard terms as consumable wear items. Extended warranty agreements are customizable up to 5 years.
