Application Service & Maintenance Options
We work closely with customers through three specialized maintenance models:
1. Standard Warranty
Valid for all materials and workmanship. Standard warranty periods cover up to **24 months** (based on a 1-shift operation limit). Repairs and components are supplied directly by Robotek.
2. Contractual SLAs
Periodic and preventive maintenance contract. Offers priority scheduling, unlimited online/remote support, consignment spare parts availability, and discounts on future upgrades.
3. Pay Per Hour
On-demand service visits or shop repairs billed strictly per-hour. Designed for companies requiring occasional diagnostic alignments or post-warranty calibrations.
Operator Training & Consulting Partners
Customized Training Programs
We translate our decades of dispensing experience into customized training programs to help operators utilize the full potential of our dosing systems.
- Theoretical Dosing Theory: Explains polymer mixing ratios, nucleation, and curing times.
- Hands-On Trajectory Programming: Training in CNC G-code path setup and HMI menu adjustments.
- Flexible Locations: Curriculums can be run at Robotek's facility or directly on the customer's production floor.
Lifecycle Engineering Consulting

- FIPFG Validation: Gaskets are dispensed and cured on your parts inside our testing laboratories.
- Low-Volume Batches: Processing of initial production runs without requiring equipment purchases.
